Owners with three decades of culinary mastery embark on a journey to Poland, embracing Norblina Factory’s heritage. Named “Moon of Beirut” or “księżyc Bejrutu,” it draws inspiration from luminaries like Sabah and the Rahbany Brothers.

- Halloumi Quinoa Kale Salad – halloumi cheese, red and white quinoa, kale, walnuts, pomegranate, balsamic dressing.
- Fattouch – romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radish, rocket, mint leaves, green thyme leaves, purslane, crispy bread. Pomegranate molasses, lemon and olive oil dressing.
- Hummus – chickpea and tahini paste, olive oil.

- Oriental rice with meat - cooked rice with chicken OR roasted lamb leg, spices, nuts and oriental sauce.
- Sayadiyeh Fish - cooked rice with spices, grilled bream, sayadiyeh sauce.
DESSERTS:
- Baklawa Mix - baklava with ground pistachios, walnuts, almonds and rose syrup.
