Our kitchen is based on two pillars. They are: product and tradition. Top quality meat from old, traditional breeds of pork: Złotnicka and Mangalia, baked in our kitchen bread, pasta, Silesian dumplings, dumplings and dumplings, which we do from scratch according to home recipes. Home flavors and the highest restaurant quality. This is the philosophy implemented by our young chef Mateusz Suchecki.
Mangalica is a traditional breed of pigs originating in Hungary, currently also successfully raised in Poland on organic farms. Interestingly, however, this fat is definitely healthier than the fat of other breeds and contains much more unsaturated omega 3 fatty acids. Meat prepared in our restaurant comes from a small town in Warmia.
Pork Złotnicka is an excellent breed of pigs from breeding in Wielkopolska. This breed was successfully bred in the post-war years, gaining recognition among gourmets and connoisseurs due to the unique aroma of meat and the perfect balance between juiciness and tenderness. After the war, forgotten by what her population was significantly reduced, she is currently experiencing her great renaissance.
